Ordering

Orders are placed by sending your cart to us via email or by phone. Your order is only final once we confirm it with you directly. We do not collect online payments through this website.

Availability

Product availability is confirmed when you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will tell you straight away and help you choose an alternative or cancel that part of your order.
